Dr. Ajay Shrivastav is a versatile professional with over 38 years of rich work experience in various business areas like Technology, Field Service, Customer Care, Sales, COO, HR, Training and Leadership Development. He is a Process Consultant on Strategic Organization Development. He is trained in Strategic Thinking by IIM, Indore and in Strategy Consulting by IIM, Bangalore. He has been trained in Leadership and Change Management at IIM, Ahmedabad. He has been conducting various leadership interventions and impact assessment in various corporate houses across industries. He is Creator, Facilitator and Mentor for CEO’s Club at Adani Wilmar Ltd – an innovative HR Approach for Building Talent Pipeline – for which the company got awarded with Asia Training and Development Excellence Award – 2016 at Singapore.

He is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by International Coach Federation (ICF). He has over 2,500 hours of coaching senior leaders of various corporate houses.
